Overview

In the Overview tab, you can find the most important information: type of the contract, credit balance, size of margins, list of users and resellers.

Here you can also:

add users and resellers, change your billing details, and follow the resellers orders.

Partner details

In the Partner details section, you can see your type of contract: distributor or reseller, shop ID, name of the company, country of registration, etc.

Partner Credit specifies the amount of the credit left to spend on orders. If the limit is reached, you will be able to place new orders, however, they will not be activated until the credit is repaid.

Each partner operates in countries specified in his contract. In Business Countries , you will see the number of countries where you can sell the IceWarp products.

Every partner certain margin from the orders. The margin depends on the product type and if the partner has his own data center.

Billing details

In the Billing details section, you can check the accuracy of your billing data that is used by IceWarp to create invoices for you.

Users

In the Users section, you will find the list of users and their roles. Accounts with admin role can create all kinds of orders and leads. Accounts with user role has limited rights defined by admin. To edit the user information, click .

Pricelists

In the Pricelists sections, you can find:

Vendor pricelists provided by IceWarp
Customer pricelists attached by you

Note: In Customer pricelists, you can attach price lists for your resellers and customers for legacy on-premise licenses only. There is no possibility to create new on-premise orders at the moment, however, you can renew and upgrade the legacy ones.

To attach a new price list, click .
To remove the price list, click and select the name of the price list from the dropdown.
To edit the attached price lists, click .

You can see the period of validity of the price list. Once it has expired, you will not be able to use it for new orders and need to create a new one.

Note: Price lists for the Cloud and SaaS licenses are created by IceWarp and are already included in the new orders form.

If you want to use the special prices (quotes) for Cloud and SaaS, ask your IceWarp account manager to get access to the quoting system. If you assign quotes, all new orders will have to be created through the quoting system ( > Quotes).

Resellers

In the Resellers and Reseller Orders sections, you can add information about your resellers (name, price lists, and billing details), as well as to see the list of their orders.
