Introduction

IceWarp shop is the e-commerce platform for the IceWarp partners only (distributors and resellers). If you are a distributor, you can see the list of your resellers. A reseller does not have access to the distributor's profile and can only see his account. However, if the reseller registers other resellers under his account, he can see them too.

In the IceWarp shop, each partner can see the general information about his revenue, invoice status, sales statistics, and latest orders, find all necessary marketing materials, videos, and case studies.

In the IceWarp shop, you can also:

• Create and manage the orders

• Work with leads

• Register resellers

• Create users

Home

In the Home tab, you can see the dashboard with the list of your invoices, monthly subscriptions plan, sales summary with profit and number of orders, as well as the list of the last orders.

Documents

In the Documents tab, you can find all up-to-date marketing materials: datasheets, presentations, important emails, case studies with success stories of our partners or customers, video materials, etc.

Partner

In the Partner tab, there is a list of subsections where you can see your credit limit, change billing details, see the list of orders, invoices, leads, price lists, customers, and find the API tocken to integrate the IceWarp shop into your environment.
