How to create a new room
You can create your own chatting room and invite your colleagues for a discussion.

Go to rooms list and click Create Room.

In the Create Room dialog, select visibility (Public or Private).

Fill in the details and click Create to create new room accordingly.

Chat room specific info varies upon choosing Private or Public room.
Anyone can see and join Public rooms. Private rooms are visible for invited members only.
Note: The person who creates a chat room defines the chat room owner and what invited people can do within chat rooms.
