The Tasks application allows you to create and manage tasks: set deadlines, reminders, priority of the task, add tags to group the tasks by topic, as well as monitor progress and add participants to collaborate on the task together.

The tasks are organized in a list.

  • To filter out only completed or not completed tasks, click All and select the option from the dropdown

  • To select the default or compact view of the list, click Default

  • Click Due date to sort out the tasks by Title, Due date, Start date and select to see the oldest or the newest tasks first

Menu bar when selecting a task entry:

  • Print. Opens printing settings (can be used to save the task in pdf)
  • More. Opens a list with various actions with tasks
  • Delete. Deletes the item
