How to accept incoming appointments

When an appointments is set up and includes you on the invitation list, you will receive an email in your Inbox from the person who set it up. To accept the appointment and add it to your calendar, simply choose the Accept option from within the email. By accepting, WebClient automatically enters the meeting into your calendar.

  • Accept. You are available for proposed time.

  • Tentative. You are not sure about attendance at the moment.

  • Decline. You are not available for proposed time.

  • Propose new time. You can propose a new meeting time, if proposed time does not suit to you.

WebClient sends a notice to the person who created the meeting to let them know your decision. With Decline answer, the user has an option to insert the text message for the person sharing the invitation.

Note: By deleting of tentative or already accepted event, the Reason of delete window will pop up.
