Leads
Leads are an important part of the successful development of your business. You are our valuable partner, and we post information about potential customers with you. We encourage you to do the same and register contacts of the people interested in IceWarp at least twice a week. In this way, you will always have the contacts of your potential customers at hand and will never miss an opportunity to expand your network.

In the Leads tab, you can filter and manage the leads.
How to manage leads

To export the list of leads in CSV or Excel format, click Manage and select the option from the list

To edit the lead's information click

To find more information about the lead, click its name. In the lead details, you will see the country of the lead, name of the company and the contact person, as well as a short description of the interaction and point of the interest. If you want to edit the information, click
Edit.
