Any user of the server can access and maintain their GroupWare records from anywhere in the world via an Internet connection.

IceWarp GroupWare Server is an advanced server-based solution designed to improve user communication, enable multi-user scheduling, contact management capabilities and allow sharing and synchronization of all types of information among users, applications and devices, with respect to privacy and security policies. Dedicated database storage with redundant backup database option allows regular backup of all user data for prompt recovery in the case of a machine failure. (This backup has to be set manually unless using more advanced solutions - e.g.: paid versions of MySQL.)
