Signature

In the Signature section, you can create a Default signature, as well as push it to the users and domain administrators.

  1. Use the Insert Variable list to create an "adjustable" signature. In this case, the data for the signature is taken from the card of the user. (Go to WebClient > User details).

  2. To select Default signature, go to WebClient > Options > Mail > Signature.

  3. Select Default from the list of signatures and click OK.

Note: If you check the green checkbox and force this option to users, all domain users will be able to select this signature and use it in emails but they will not able to change it. If you do not check the green checkbox, the domain users will see the signature in their list as default and will be able to change it.
