Signature
In the Signature section, you can create a Default signature. The signature can be applied to the users and domain administrators. administrators.

Use Insert Variable
list to create an "adjustable" signature. In this case, the data for the signature is taken from the card of the user. (Go to WebClient > User details).

To select Default signature, go to WebClient > Options > Mail > Signature.

Select Default from the list of signatures and click OK.
Note: If you check the green checkbox and force this option to the users, all domain users are able to select this signature and use it in emails but they are not able to change it. If you do not check the green checkbox, the domain users can see the signature in their list as default and can change it too.
