WebChat

In WebChat you can select available status to display near the avatar at the right top corner, enable sound notifications, etc.

1. Move the toggle to turn on the option.

2. If you want to apply this setting to both Domain Admins and all Users of the domain, check the red checkbox .

3. If you want to apply this setting to all Users of the domain, check the green checkbox .

4. Click OK to save the changes.

   Note: Refresh IceWarp WebClient page, to see the change.

Field	Description
Always online	Turn on the toggle to select always online status.
Available statuses	Turn on the toggles in front of the status you want to make available in the list. To see the drop-down list of the statuses, click IM icon in WebClient > Current status.
Enable setting custom IM status text	Turn on the toggle to show the status field where you can specify your status. Figure. Status text field.
Enable sound notifications	Turn on the toggle to turn on sound notifications.
Auto open chat window	Turn on the toggle to enable auto opening of the chat window.
Auto subscribe new users	Turn on the toggle to enable auto subscription of the new users.
Accept messages only from users in your contact list	Turn on the toggle to receive messages from your contacts only.
Sort users in your contact list by last name	Turn on to have your contact list sorted by last name as a default.
Disable sending "User has left the conversation" message	Turn on the toggle to stop receiving a notification every time a user leaves the chat.
Hide offline contacts	Turn on the toggle, to hide offline contacts in the chat list.
