Turn on the toggle to hide Licenses (In WebClient, {avatar} > Options > Licenses).

To maintain a unified style of the GAL contacts, turn on the toggle to disable editing My Details. The users can not edit their account details.

Turn on the toggle to disable editing My Account.

Turn on the toggle to disable the password change. The users are not allowed to change their password on their own.

Turn on the toggle to switch off the preview of the documents in WebClient. When you click the document, you can not see it in the preview window. It is downloaded to the folder on your computer, where you can open it.

Turn on the toggle to disable usage of SmartAttach technology (It uploads attachments to the IceWarp cloud storage and a recipient gets only the link). All attachments are sent as files.

If autoversioning is enabled, you can see the history of change of the document that is stored in your Files & Documents. Turn on the toggle to hide History.

Turn on the toggle to disable sending files and documents stored in WebClient. You can only attach files and documents that are stored on your computer.

Turn on the toggle to disable creating search folders.

Turn on the toggle to disable Dropbox integration.

Turn on the toggle to disable folder export (In Mail , right-click a folder >  More options > Export Folder).
