Recommended for users not using initial check / migration

Migration scope

Select what is being migrated (e.g.: email folders only)

Create Again Missing Folders

Re-sync of folders during migration (incremental folders creation (beyond the default inbox, outbox, sent).

Migrate failed items once again

Re-sync of items during migration. Reattempt of failed files due to error or in case of changing / expanding the timeline (migrate from / to)

Migrate Inbox Rules

Check whether is necessary to migrate defined rules although not all may be migrated.


May vary according the environment being used.



Migrator Core Unit

Max CPU core count. (The computer processor slots, the more the faster the process will run).

Note: Admins must check the number of core CPU units in the local machine (e.g.: via Task manager) and adjust the number accordingly for full utilisation)

Message size limit

Max message size limit.

Note: Up to a maximum of 30 MB recommended.

Maximum item queue length

Note: Range between 100 - 200 recommended.


Once ready and all options are set, proceed with Start


After pressing Start, migration will start.

Thefore, it is not possible to go back or change parameters beyond this point!
